What is good leadership?
Is doing interesting projects the most important thing to a team?
Does the practice have a happy environment?
Does producing good architecture make you a good role model?

In this workshop Del Hossain unpicks what it really means to run a good studio, both in terms of organisational behaviour and authentic leadership.

Topics to be covered:
  • Skills Behaviours & Mindset Needed to be an Effective Leader
  • The Difference Between Managing and Leading your team
  • Communication Skills for Leadership

By the end of the workshop you will have transformed your mindset and either informed or confirmed what it means to lead from the front.

Using a combination Business Management and Positive Psychology this is a unique workshop that combines two different worlds and fuses them into a Design Environments setting.
